At Prangana, residential projects begin with how a household moves through a home over the course of a day, a season, a decade. We design for the family's actual rhythms — morning light in the kitchen, evening gathering in the living room, the way children use a corridor differently from adults.

Our residential palette tends toward natural materials: stone, lime plaster, solid timber, terracotta, brass. These are materials that age well, that require honest maintenance, and that create a quality of warmth that synthetic finishes cannot replicate.

We work on apartments and villas in Pune, and take selective residential projects across India.
