A restaurant is a sequence of spatial experiences, not a single room. We design every stage of it: the facade and street presence, the threshold and entry, the procession to the table, the seating zone, the lighting at meal time, the acoustic quality that allows conversation. Each of these is a design decision, not a default.
We work on quick-service cafes, fine-dining restaurants, neighbourhood eateries, and large-format dining spaces. Our approach is the same regardless of scale: start from the food and the guest, and design everything else around that.
